Decide federal bids fast. Get the whole proposal.

Saturday finds the federal bid that fits your IT shop, tells you whether to chase it, and writes the full proposal. You add the graphics.

Built for 5 to 20 person federal IT firms without a BD team.

Saturday home screen with example data: the bid to decide next, cloud hosting and systems engineering support, with its agency, due date and NAICS code, a Pursue button and a one line reason it fits.
Saturday browse screen with example data: three IT bids with fit scores of 92, 86 and 85, each marked Pursue.

  • 6Steps, notice to package
  • 1Word file per volume
  • $25Per extra bid

Kill the wrong bids. Ship the one that fits.

The same six steps every time: Decide, Requirements, Outline, Draft, Review, Deliver. You approve the requirements and the outline. Saturday does the writing.

  1. Find bids that fit

Saturday reads SAM for your NAICS codes every 6 hours. Got an RFP from eBuy or by email? Drop it in.

  2. Decide fast

Three federal gates, a fit score built only on your own profile and past work, then four plain questions. Pass or park, with a record.

  3. Get the whole draft

Saturday writes every volume from your library: cover letter, summaries, approach, resumes, past performance and the price narrative.

  4. Take the package

One Word file per volume, formatted to the solicitation, plus a compliance matrix and a brief for each graphic.

Saturday writes it. You make the last calls.

Clear lines, so nothing goes out that you have not seen.

Saturday section editor with example data: section 1.0 Technical Approach drafted in full, quoting requirement R-0001 and answering it, ready for you to edit.

Saturday does

  • Finds and scores federal bids for your codes
  • Runs the gates and the four questions
  • Writes every section the solicitation asks for
  • Maps each requirement to the section that answers it
  • Fits each volume to its page limit and formats the files

You do

  • Make the graphics from the briefs it writes
  • Enter your prices. Every number is left as [PRICE]
  • Sign where marked and attach the forms
  • Read it once and send it in yourself

It writes from your own work.

Every draft is built from your library, your past performance and the solicitation. Anything it cannot trace back is flagged for you to check before you send.

  • Claims get checked

Each claim is checked against your library.

    1 claim to check
  • Thin past performance is called out

With none on file, Saturday says so before you spend time on it, and lets you pass, team with a firm that has it, or bid as a sub.

  • Quotes are labeled

A request for quote gets a plain label and a short checklist, so you know before you start.

Saturday deliver step with example data: the safety stamp shows the writers' volumes exported, 2 volumes, at a time in ET.
Saturday workspace files with example data: Word and Markdown files for Volume I and Volume II, the compliance matrix as CSV and Excel, and the outline, each with its size and time in ET.
Saturday package health card with example data: proposal health 65 out of 100, marked Blocked, the package exported, 7 things still block filing, both Section C requirements have an answer, and 2 major findings to strengthen before a clean submit.
